Kenmore, NY – Feb. 14, 2019 – Get a jump on ensuring you’ll keep more of your money and on exercises to prevent falls at the free Spring Wellness workshops hosted at Schofield Care in Kenmore.
On Thursday, March 21 at 1:00 p.m., Elder Law attorney Laurie Menzies, Esq. will speak on “Longevity Planning” – an overview of what may be available to you and your family to preserve your money. Ms. Menzies is a senior partner with PMB Elder Law.
Mr. Fitness, Richard Derwald, is back by popular demand offering an interactive class on “Fall Prevention” on Wed. March 27 at 1:00 p.m. Everyone attending must bring a “kid’s ball” that can be purchased from a dollar store. Guests should dress in comfortable clothing. Mr. Derwald is the fitness trainer and media specialist at Erie County Senior Services’ Stay Fit program.
The community is invited to attend the free wellness workshops at the Mondello Wellness & Family Center located at Schofield Residence, 3333 Elmwood Avenue in the Town of Tonawanda.
