A nonprofit organization serving the community since 1910, Schofield Care has built a long-standing reputation for providing quality care. Its services include Schofield Residence in Kenmore, a 120-bed facility offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The organization also operates a Home Care Agency serving individuals in their own homes.

Schofield Home Health Care provides medical care and assistance with everyday activities. Another important service is Schofield’s Adult Day Health Care Program. Located in downtown Buffalo, the program offers morning, afternoon and Saturday sessions.
